Decompress your upper spine and eliminate stubborn tension headaches at the source. Chronic computer slouching forces your upper back and trapezius muscles to overwork, while tightening the suboccipital muscles at the base of your skull. This locked-in pressure restricts vital blood flow, causing a tight, heavy upper back and radiating tension headaches.

The TrapRelease™ Upper Back & Occipital Stretcher is an anatomically sculpted decompression tool designed to target these precise trigger points. By providing targeted pressure to the base of the skull and gently expanding the thoracic region, it opens up tight neural pathways, flushes out muscle fatigue, and restores effortless posture.

Product Features

  • Occipital Release Pivot Nodes: Precision-placed dual pressure nodes target the suboccipital region, mimicking a therapist's fingers to break up stubborn tension knots.
  • Thoracic & Trapezius Extension: The contoured wedge design fits seamlessly between your shoulder blades, opening up the chest and correcting rounded shoulders.
  • 100% Medical-Grade Dense Foam: Firm yet forgiving polyurethane material holds its shape under heavy structural loads while remaining comfortable against sensitive pressure points.
  • Compact & Self-Care Ready: A lightweight, travel-friendly profile allows you to perform an executive-level physical therapy session anywhere there is a flat floor.

How To Use

Step 1: Place the device flat on a stable floor or yoga mat with the suboccipital nodes facing toward where the top of your neck will rest.

Step 2: Slowly lie back, positioning your upper back along the wedge and adjusting until the nodes cradle the very base of your skull.

Step 3: Keep your knees bent or legs straight, relax your arms out to the sides, and breathe deeply into the decompression for 8–10 minutes.
