1. Return Eligibility Requirements

Because our inventory consists of personal care and wellness stimulation devices, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. To qualify for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The device must be completely unused, free of cosmetic wear, and in the exact condition that you received it.
  • The item must be packed securely in its original, undamaged product packaging, including all initial chargers, manuals, and structural attachments.
  • Personal consumable items (such as the adhesive hydrogel pads for the NeuroPulse™ Pod) cannot be returned once their protective plastic film has been peeled or broken.

2. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support desk at info@geteverydayco.com. Provide your full name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. If your return is approved, our team will provide you with the designated return facility address.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own trackable return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of unverified packages.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your wellness device arrives damaged or experiences a rare manufacturing electrical fault upon unboxing, please contact us immediately. Send an email with a quick photo or video demonstration of the issue to info@geteverydayco.com, and we will issue a swift, complimentary replacement shipment right away.

4. Processing Timelines

Once your returned device is received and undergoes inspection at our facility, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited automatically back to your original payment method within **5 to 7 business days**.
